A fun, abstracted animal that would serve as a vessel for water.
Chindogu: Petal Catcher (2023)
Making a product that works, but serves no real purpose. The concept of chindogu led me to create a product to keep wilting flower petals off of the table.
Hemmed Habitat (2022)
I was given the task to create a birdhouse for a specific bird, using sustainably sourced materials. The result is Hemmed Habitat, a DIY sewing project made out of cinnamon wax coated flax canvas and jute cord. The materials, opening, and dimensions of the birdhouse are all to the specific preferences of the eastern bluebird.
